Community Care Co-ordinators

We are seeking experienced, full time Community Care Co-ordinators to support and supervise a team of Health Care Support Workers in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You must have a sound understanding of good care principles and supervisory experience. Your role will include ensuring the quality of care services delivered and staff recruitment, training and development.

Live-In Health Care Support Workers

We are seeking experienced carers who are energetic, caring and efficient to provide care and support for 24 hours a day to people in the comfort of their own homes. Your role is to allow individuals to live the dream of being as independent as possible in their own home.

Health Care Support Workers

We require enthusiastic, caring people with good communication skills to work as Health Care Support Workers, supporting people in their own homes. Applicants should have previous experience of providing social care and ideally will have experience as a health care assistant or in a similar role.
